The "MyHealth Assessment" is an extraoridinary analytical tool that interfaces with our patent-pending Efficacy Engine to deliver a list of products in the "MyProducts" area of our website that are designed to meet your wellness goals.
The more information you provide in the MyHealth Assessment, the better. However, the MyHealth Assessement will respond to as little information as selecting on Fitness Goal or one Medical Condition.
The MyHealth Assessement is divided into 10 tabs:
Registration
Goals - select fitness, health, wellness & lifestyle goals you with to pursue
Conditinos -- select medical conditions you wish to prevent or treat, taking into consideration those of your parents and grandparents that may be hereditary
Diets -- Select any diets you are pursuing
Sports -- select any of the sports listed to eliminate any substances banned by the respective organizations from being included in "MyProducts".
Allergies -- select any allergies you may have
Biometrics, Nutrition and Medical Questionnaire (ParQ) -- complete as much information as you know or ask for assistance from your physician, nurse pracitioner, wellness coach or personal trainer.
Rx - this function is not yet availalbe. When it becomes available you will be able to enter, or upload from your electronic medical records, all your prescription usuage to be assured that your prescription drugs are cross-referenced for contraindications with products in the MyProducts list.
